I chose to become a professional coach because the experience of being coached was transformational for me - both in my performance as a business owner, and in creating a deeper sense of well-being and presence in my personal life.
After spending 15 dynamic years in the business of building and scaling businesses, I began to see a clear link between the organizations that would meet ambitious goals versus those that would experience erratic and fleeting spurts of success.
Those that soared had something uniquely powerful in common : the resiliency and capacity of their leaders and teams.
I am passionate about unlocking human potential and supporting transformational change for the talented leaders I work with.
