Background and Training
Background
My career path has been varied and diverse, landing me in the exact place I am today - positioned to help others bring their boldest ambitions to life while seeking to balance the critical trifecta of personal well-being, purpose and impact.
In the first half of my career I was employed as an outdoor guide in the mountains of Wyoming and Chile, a fellow in a social enterprise incubator launching small businesses in Latin America, and as a project manager working with families, governmental agencies, and local land trusts on farm and ranch land conservation in the Rocky Mountain West.
In 2009, I was offered the opportunity to take a seat on the rocket ship of digital transformation at Google. I spent the better part of a decade in the global business org, driving profit-focused marketing and product strategies for the top 1% of advertisers in the travel sector with teams in Seattle, São Paulo, Singapore and London.
My family made a much anticipated move back to Montana in 2016, and I soon after founded an e-commerce growth firm focused on revenue generation and customer acquisition for brands in the Outdoor, Travel and SaaS industries. Alongside my talented team, I bootstrapped the firm from 0 to 7 figures in less than 4 years.
We had a stellar team, a roster full of clients and the demand for our services was high - seemingly with no end in sight.
I was ecstatic.
I also began to hear a voice in my head whispering (and then yelling … loudly) that in my quest for the summit, I had lost a deeper connection to my own “Why”.
A 1-year family sabbatical in the Dominican Republic opened up the space and permission to consider where my talents, experience and intention could make the biggest positive impact.
In the fall of 2023, I began my formal training to provide leadership enablement and coaching to support others on their path of personal and professional growth.
